The citizens of Shelby County, and its vicinity, are requested to meet at the Court-House, in the town of Sidney, on Saturday the 1st of October next, at 1 o'clock, P.M. to take into consideration the utility of the extension of the Miami Canal to this place.  Owing to the exertions making in other places we are called upon, as citizens, to give our attention at this time to adopt some measures for its extension.
