| Jos. Thedieck, Ph.D. of Alfhausen, and Paul Thedieck, M.D., of Hoxter, Germany,
cousins of (Sidneys) I.H. Thedieck, have
been decorated with the iron cross for bravery on the field. Carl A.
Sexauer has received a letter from his brother in Germany announcing the death of his
nephew, G.A. Sexauer, a lieutenant in the German army, who was killed in the battle of
Rheims. (Fort Loramie Progress, June 10 & 24, 1915).
